Arizona FC est.2013

From 2013 until now we participate so far in 18 championship. We won 10 championship title and a cup.  We finished 4 times 2nd(2015 and 2021-2022,2025), two times 3rd(2023-2024 sek,2025-2025 Limassol Bussiness Championship(Tsirio)) ,1 time 4th (2022-2023) and 1 time 5th (2020-2021)

Arizona FC was created on 2013. It was an idea from Kyriakos Loizou, Constantinos Papachristodoulou and Alexis Messaris.

Rumours was  organized a mini football championship (the first one in Limassol) and 24 teams participate. We play 1 round just to see where the teams will be included (A’Division or B’Division) for next year. We finished 3rd and also we get the price for Fair Play Team of the championship. The team players first year were Fotis Dimitriou(GK), Kristis Christoforou, Contatninos Papachristodoulou, Kyriakos Loizou, Alexis Messaris(C), Evros Theodoulou and Nikos Christodoulou.  Evros Theodoulou was the 1st transfer of Arizona Team and keep fighting for titles in our team.   Alexis Messaris win the award of the best player of the year 2013.

2013-2014 We start the championship with 12 teams in A division and we finished in the top of the league winning the championship title. Alexis Messaris also win the award of the best championship player of the year 2013-2014. players of the team was the same and we also bring 3 new players Giannis Agapios and Lefteris.

2014-2015 we play 2 championship. One from Sempteber-December 2014 we finished 2nd and Alexis Messaris was the Top Scorer of the league. We were the same team but we add a new player Michael Constantinou

January 2015-June 2015 we finished 1st and we won the championship title. Alexis Messaris won the award of the best player of the championship 2014-2015.

Sep 2015-January 2016 we finished 2nd. we were 1st because 30+ didnt play 10 games so they should be eliminate of the compatition but because as a team we want to win everything in the field we didnt want the championship. we get the 2nd place award. that year was the beginning of the Arizona Team we know so far. Andreas Vrontis, Yiannos Adamou and Andreas Ttoffis join Arizona team.

January 2016-July 2016 we finished in the 1st place and we won the championship title. Evros Theodoulou win the award of the championship best plyer 2015-2016. Yiannos Adamou won the award of the top scorer of the league 2015-2016 (the first time but more followed) and Marcos Constantinou was the best goalkeeper of the championship 2015-2016.

September 2016-January 2017 we finished 1st and win the championship title. from 2015 we were the same 7 players. Alexis Messaris(C), Yiannos Adamou, Evros Theodoulou, Andreas Vronti, Andreas Ttoffi, Marcos Constantinou (GK).

January 2017-July 2017. Last championship we participate in Tavellas because Mike stopped organized championship. we finished 1st and we won the championship title. Andreas Vrontis won the award of the best player 2016-2017, Yiannos Adamou won the award of the Top scorer of the league 2016-2017 and Marcos Constantinou was the best player of the championship.

 

ARIZONA NEXT GENERATION 2019-

2019-2020 the first year we had a sponsor for the championship we participate. Our sponsor was NEDIBRAVE so our team was named ARIZONA-NEDIBRAVE.  2019-2020 we participate in 3 championship(Meridean 5×5, Copa 5×5 and YS 7×7 ) and we won all 3 of the, and we also won the cup in Meridean. we won all 4 titles we play for.

2019-2020 After a brake of 2 years we participate in Meridean championship in YS Stadium(SEK). Championship was 12 teams 2 rounds. We finished 1st and won the championship title and also won the cup. The first DOUBLE of Arizona history. Yiannos Adamou was the top scorer of the league with 68 goals. we also had the best attack and defense of the league. a difficult championship because of quarantine and we won the championship 1 game before the end by winning 6-5 NK. we were 2nd and only with win we would get the championship. that game was amazing, 6-5 and we were champions! that year we make our team more strong with players. Nikolas Themistokleous, Andreas Nikolaou (shaolis), Marios Ioannou, Leo Marc Demetriou(GK), Stelios Kalopaidis, Cosntantinos Papacostas join our team.

2019-2020 we also participate in YS 7X7 championship and also Copa 5×5 championship. in both championship we finished 1st and we won also 2 championship titles. 3 championship titles and a cup in 2019-2020. amazing year!!! in Copa championship Mikis Grigoriadis join Arizona-Nedibrave team. in YS 7×7 championship Constantinos Papachristodoulou, Alexandros Alexandrou and Menelaos Demetriou join our team.

2020-2021 we participate in Unicars Championship. we finished 1st in our group of 10 teams and then we play playoffs. we all know what happened then. Unfortunately we finished 5th. the worst place of our history. from 2019 members of Arizona-Nedibrave team are : Marcos Constantinou(GK), Cosntantinos Papacostas, Andreas Nikolaou(shaolis), Nikolas Themistokleous, Marios Ioannou,Stelios Kalopaidis, Mikis Grigoriadis, Andreas Vrontis, Yiannos Adamou, Alexis Messaris(C), Evros Theodoulou, Leo Marc Dimitriou. unfortunettly Andreas Ttoffi has a serious injury on 2020 and cannot play football with us. hopefully in the future will return.

2021-2022 we are participating in 2 championships and. Bet on Alfa 5X5 in YS stadium and Copa 5×5 championship. Constantinos Constantinou and Michael Constantinou join our team. now we are 14 players. we also play into 3 tournaments except of championship. we won 1 Championship title (Copa) and we also won 2 other tournaments. we won 3 out of 5 titles we fight for. the other championsnhip we finish second and we our in the semi final of the last tournament we participating and keep fighthing for the title.

Bet on Alpha has 2 groups with 12 teams. we play 1 round and the first 6 of each group will play a new championship 1 round to see who will be the winner. we finish 1st in our group with 11 wins in 11 games and then we participate in the Premier League with 11 more very strong teams. we had 9 wins and 2 draws. Overall we had 20 wins 2 draws the best defence and we came 2nd 2 point behind from CVS who also had 20 wins 2 draws but because the one draw the had in first round it didnt count because we all start from 0 points the premier league round and it was only 1 round championship we didnt had the chance to fight again with them to win title. one of the best year we had as a team with amazing performance. 

Copa championship has 10 teams. we will play 2 round and then playoffs. After finishing to the top of the league we play to playoff against Windsor Brokers and then FC Vitorul. we won both of those team on both matches and we reach the final against Opap Enaerios (the only team that won us during 2021-2022). In the final we an amazing game. we were loosing 0-1 on half time and then on second half we score 2 goals with Stelios and make it 2-1. then the make it 2-2 and 25 seconds before the end Mikis score with shoot and make it 3-2 and we won the championship title.

From 2019-2022 we played 115 official games. we had 100 wins, 8 lost and 7 draws!!!

 

2022-2023  We have a new main sponsor for participating in championships. we would like to thank SiGMA company for being there for our team. Our team will called Arizona-SiGMA and we will participate in 2 championship. One will take place is SEK and one in Few fields with the name Kane Paixnidi.

This year we will have  new players in our team Michalis Modestou and Doros Sergides

At this point as a team and me personally wants to thank Alouminorama and Actamove for pay to buy equipement  and uniforms this year.

 

Kane Paixnidi championship Oct-Dec 2022  1st Place Champions!!

There were 2 groups with 6 teams each. we play one round and then we play playoffs. We came first in our group with 5 wins and then we play with the 4th of the second group for quarter final then we play 2 games for semi final and the final. we have 9 wins 1 draw. The draw was on the final. we were leading 2-0 at half time and then they make it 2-3 and Mikis score 2 minutes before the end for the 3-3. We got o penalties and there our keeper Leo save 2 out of 3 penalties and we won the championship title for 10th time!!! Nikolas Themistokleous and Constantinos Papacostas score the 2 first 2 penalties for our team (both of them score also in the regular game. 1-0 and 2-0)

In that tournament Alexis Messaris was the Top scorer of the championship and the MVP of the championship. I want to thank all of you guys for that achievement because without having all of you as team mates i wouldn’t achieve anything! thank you once again

 

Bet On Alfa Championship (Sek) Oct 2022-May 2023

We finish 1st in our group for the first stage of the championship and qualified to the Elite group to fight for the championship.

RECORD!!!    On February 2023 we had our first defeat 3-5 from FSA. From June 2021 we had the last defeat and 38 official games (19 straight months) unfortunately we lost the game. This is the biggest record in months for Meridianbet, Unicars and Bet on Alfa (all the championship take place in SEK from Oct 2018 until February 2023)

the 38 straight games are also a record. only CVS follow us with a 37 straight matches without lost! They start from Oct-2022 and they had they first defeat end of February 2023 (16 months)!

so we have the record for the most games and most months without losing a game!

we came 1st in our group on the first stage of the championship out of 12 teams. Then first 6 of both groups we have the Elite championship and we play one round and then playoffs. We finish in regular season 6th and we play for the knockout game to pass to quarter final against Amdocs and we won 7-0. Then we play for quarter final against M&H and we lost 3-4 and we finish the championship 5th out of 22 teams. Worst position we ever take but this year we had a lot of injuries (Nikolas Marios Stelios Mike) and we did the best we could

Pari Match Championship Oct-May 2023-2024

We start the championship end of October 2023. we have to new players in our team Andros Panagiotou!!SiGMA is again our sponsor and we thank all family of SiGMA for being next to us also this year!! Championship has 30 teams. 3 groups. we will paly 1 round and first 3 from each group will go to another group and fight for the title!! we finish in the first stage 3rd in our group and we qualify in the A division which are all the first 3 teams of each group and the best 4th. 10 very strong teams to fight for the title! we finish in the group stage 4th. We won quarter final against Astry 4-1 and we qualify to the semi finals. Unfortunately we lost in the semi finals from 1X 3-6 and we finish in the 3rd place!!

 

On 2024,  8 players of Arizona (Alexis Messaris, Andros Panagiotou, Cosntantinos Papakostas, Constantinos Constantinou, Mike Modestou, Leo Mark Demetriou, Mikis Gregoriades, Stelios Kalopedis) we went to Greece 10-12 of May and participate in the EliteCup Greece. We went until semi finals!! Hopefully next year we will go again and try to be to the fnal!! it was an amazing expirience for all of us! 11-15 Sep 2024 Tbilisi Georgia  socca 7×7 tournament (under Socca International Federation we represent Cypurs)

One of the biggest achievements we had as Arizona is that on 11-15 of September we participate under the Cyprus Socca federation, to the 7×7 tournament of international socca federation in Tbilisi Georgia. There where 16 teams from 13 countries such as Georgia(4 teams), Spain, Oman, Portugal, Moldova , Cyprus, Greece, Ukraine, Turkey, USA, Belgium, Egypt and Croatia and we participate under the name of Arizona Cyprus FC and we had the honor to represent Cyprus. Members of Arizona Alexis Messari (captain), Mikis Gregoriadis (from 2019), Eduard Antoniou(from 2022), Marios Panagi (new member from 2023), Alex Zefki (new member from 2024), Menelaos Dimitriou(Arizona B) , Fotis Michail (member on 2014) , Pambos Christou(new member from 2024), George Christou (new member from 2024), with John Papaioannou, Kyriako Kafaridis we where the team that participate in the specific international socca 7×7 tournament. we play 3 games with the following results

Corporate Limassol championship (SEK) 2024-2025

We start the championship with 2 new players in the team. Marios Panagi and Charalambos christou join our team and we will try to win the title… We finish 2nd (between 27 teams) we lost in the final 0-1 at extra time. It was a good year. Hopefully next year we will be able to win out 11th title… lets hope…

 

Cyprus Business League (Tsirio) 2024-2025

We participate in this championship to give time to see new players and slowly slowly become members of our team. We will use this championship instead of friendly games in order to see how new players react under pressure and be ready for next year. In this championship we signed in our team Giannis, Venizelos(unfortunately he get injured in the 1st game) , Kyriakos, John, Marios.P, Pampos(both are already in the team), Alex(new keeper). We will try our best to be in the top 3 at least for the 1st year. if we achieve that will be very good. We Finish in the 3rd position 1 point behind BrainRockets and the 2nd place. I m very proud for the new players and i m sure they will help us the next year to remain in the same top level and fight for more titles!! Next year because we will not have so many palyers anymore we will give everything to win the championship!!

Cyprus Business League (Tsirio) 2025-2026

We start this year and we have as goal to be in the top 3 teams of the championship. We also use this championship to bring new players to have games in order to be ready to help us also to Sek and to the tournaments we go outside Cyprus. The new players this year is Constantinos Zarnas and Andreas Koumastas!

 

Corporate Limassol championship (SEK) 2025-2026

Our goal this year is againt o fight for the title. Last year we lost the championship title on extra time so this year we hope we can manage to win and be to the top of the league! After Dec Pampos and Marios transfer to Apollon Futsal and Kiriakos had a serious imjury amd lost the entire championship. We change our goals and we wanted to be in the first 5 to qualify in  Cyprus tournament that will take place in Larnaca in April 2026.Two new players join our team this year to help us. Constantinos Zarnas and Arpad Jansco (Arpi).  We finish the championship in the 5th place

Socca Cyprus National Team for Euro Cup Moldova 03 of June until 08 of June 2025

5 players of our team was with the Cyprus national team for the Euro cup 2025 take place in Moldova. Alexandros Messari was the captain of National Team of Cyprus, Alexandros Zefkis, Marios Panagi, Charalampos Christou and Giannis Theodoulou participate at Euro cup and enjoy that amazing experience!!

Georgia Tbilisi 2024 and 2025 Socca 7×7 Grand Prix

As Arizona we participate in Georgia (Tbilisi) 7×7 Socca tournament 2024 and 2025. One amazing experience and we face teams with international Socca players like Ukraine and Oman.

 

Socca Champions League Rethimno Crete Greece 2025 

As Arizona we participate in Rethimno Championsleague tournament 2025. One amazing experience and we face teams with international Socca players from Poland,UK and Africa. We lost the qualification 40 seconds before the end of the 3rd and final game of group stage. We were leading 3-2 and we consider a goal and the draw was not enough for as to qualify so the remaining 2 minutes we where all attacking to score and we receive another one goal and lost the game! First game was draw 1-1 with Drummers(was the national team of South Africa), scorer was Alexis Messaris with direct free kick. Second game we lost 0-5 and the 3rd game we lost 3-4. Scorers Alexandros Hadjivasili 2 goals and Tzozef 1 goal

Our team also participate in few charity and other tournament such as Football is Life and Paixe mpala. we play as Arizona 16 tournaments.

We won 7 of them (filathropiko tournoua 10-Feb-19, filathropiko tournoua Pasykaf 07-May-22 and paixe mpala 14-May-2022, Agios Nikolaos 5×5 tournament 02/July/2023, Agios Nikolaos 5×5 tournament 28/April/2024, Tournoua Makis themistokleous 2024,Filathropiko tournoua eis mnimi Nikou Nikolaou 05-April-2026)

From 2014 there were 2 divisions in our championship so we create also Arizona B so few players could play full games with Arizona B because in A Division the level was to high and difficult. 2 Players for A division could also play for B team to help them. Me and Yiannos we were playing for both teams and Vrontis was create his own team to participate in B division with some other friends.

Arizona B partcipate in 4 championship from 2015-2017. we won 3 of them and one time we came 2nd
